ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.) Sales/Goals Function
A. Consistently, meet or exceed sales goals for new customer acquisitions, as set by management.
B. Maintain a well-developed working knowledge of the complete line of products and services offered, taking responsibility to keep up to date and request assistance for further
development needs.
C. Initiate sales and cross-sell full range of salon & spa services to present and potential customers.
D. Initiate and maintain customer contact through a variety of methods, including but not limited to customer interaction or face to face, and attending various seminars and
community events.
E. Meet with customers to discuss needs, emphasizing counseling and make recommendations.
F. Maintain the sales environment, and actively participate in the execution of sales contests, monthly Blitzes and other motivational activities.
2.) Customer Service
A. Promote excellent customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.
B. Establish a relationship with the customer base through knowledge of account ownership, greeting customers, and exhibiting an attitude of caring.
3.) Expansion
With new salons, day spas clients and an expanding office, we are in need of 8 Manager Trainees. These openings are essential to the success of our company, as they are the future leaders of our
company. We offer a comprehensive training program, where qualified individuals will be trained in the following areas:
* Marketing
* Sales/ Promotions
* Business Development
* Team & Market Development
* Account Coordination
* Finance
* Administrative/ Human Resources
As a Manager Trainee, the right candidates will learn all of the ground level sales, day-to-day operations. They will then master the people skills needed to effectively manage an office on a daily
basis. These tasks include keeping track of profits and losses, training and development, account management and overseeing a portfolio of established clients. When training is complete, these new
managers will run our branch offices. We provide a unique opportunity, considering that we promote 100% from within.
