Strategic Sourcing Positions-Associate, Manager, and Director Levels.
Salary: $60 - 160k + Bonus + Benefits
Hudson Financial Solutions has been retained by a leading Securities firm, based in Midtown, to identify and recruit for professionals in its Global Procurement organization.
Job Duties:
- Lead teams with external consultants and internal senior employees to develop and execute sourcing plans for multiple expense areas in the non-tech commodities.
- Identify key functions/personnel critical to project success and have ability to lead/influence team through to successful completion
- Develop and manage multiple sourcing work teams concurrently
- Oversee and guide the analytical process within work team.
- Assure work team gathers business and service level requirements and that these are addressed in the vendor RFP process
- Understand a Total Cost of Ownership approach to sourcing and supplier and industry economics
- Responsible for communications to team members and to team champion.
- Generate new and exciting ideas about how to reduce costs and how to leverage existing vendor relationships to drive revenue to the firm
